Join us for a 3-hour creative meditation workshop led by facilitator Yumi Sakugawa. In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, we need each other more than ever—and we also need to give ourselves the space to slow down, reflect, and recharge.

This workshop is all about embracing stillness, regeneration, and community as we navigate these intense times. Through meditation, journaling prompts, group discussions, and visualization exercises, you’ll tap into the nourishment your body and mind need to thrive. This is your chance to release overwhelm, honor your emotions, and reignite your capacity for connection, liberation, and growth.

We’ll move away from panic and toward flow—fostering a deep sense of resilience and shared purpose. Together, we’ll reawaken the power of dreaming audaciously for the future, tending to the soil of our inner landscapes, and building a vision of liberation for the long term.

Come prepared to reflect, share, and be part of a community that is committed to the healing and thriving of all. Bring writing utensils and a reusable water bottle to the workshop. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing in case we engage in somatic exercises.

This workshop is not a substitute for therapy, but a chance to center yourself and find support during tough times. All prompts are optional, and we encourage you to move through the experience with care. Let’s create a space for healing, dreaming, and growing—together.
